Evergreen Links 3: Tech tips, Blogging And Productivity
Its been a while since I have posted on this blog. In fact I have been almost completely inactive on the web since the last 5 days. I was travelling for the initial 2 days and when I was back home, I found that the internet was not working. And you won’t believe…its still not working !! So if you are India, I warn you- Tata Indicom Broadband SUCKS !! It may be a smooth run initially but if a problem creeps in, believe me, they are quite inept in resolving it. Can you believe they are having server issues in my area since the last 5 days !!
Ok, enough of my rant. Currently I am at an internet cafe, few miles away from my home, where finally I could find a decent computer to blog (thats another reason…the cyber cafes in my area suck too ). And since I am now writing for some top blogs too, I already have a huge backlog of work.
But this won’t stop me from publishing some awesome posts next week on Jeet Blog. So stay tuned…and in the meantime, enjoy these cool links :-

I had similar problems from Tata Indicom. Now Iam with Airtel Broadband which is far better.

Well to start with welcome back. Don’t agree with Tata Indicom Broadband though. I had Sify before and it really sucked big time. Was down and out for days on end and the local cable idiot never had any idea about what was wrong or how to fix it. Tata staff are trained and skilled at identifying problems. Also, their TAT after you lodge a complaint is 24 hours, but I always get someone in under 12 hours to fix the problem.
