I think you are out of focus. Is Online Business means only the websites? I know many people who is getting amazing success without these skills.

Online Business need the skills exactly needed for every business with the knowledge of what is online and it’s basics.

Your correct that if you hire the right people and manage them you should do very well. You do not need to know anything about html ot building websites some host have site builders and script installers that do all the work. The more you learn about the product or service the better chance you will succed. That also goes for the talent you hire the better they are the better chance you will do well.

I knew pretty much all of these were standard, it just takes a lot of time and patience. Another thing I feel is lacking is a real URL instead of a subdomain and I plan on getting it soon. Do you find that it may make a difference?

@Akshay – There are various ways to increase traffic to a blog which includes writing guest posts, commenting on other blogs, submitting posts to social media sites etc. Do some research and take action accordingly. Also stay tuned because I’ll write about it in a future post.
